1. Who Can Use TalNurt

• You are at least 16 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to form a binding agreement.
• You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Employers and recruiters using TalNurt must ensure their use complies with fair hiring practices and local employment regulations.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account on TalNurt, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, inactive, or violate these Terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use TalNurt for illegal or unethical purposes.
• Post misleading or false job listings or resumes.
• Impersonate another individual or organization.
• Distribute malware, spam, or disruptive content.
• Attempt to access or tamper with our systems without authorization.

Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

4. Use of Data

By using TalNurt, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, stored, and used. Employers and recruiters agree to handle applicant data responsibly, respecting candidate privacy and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, software, and features on TalNurt are the exclusive property of TalNurt or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Users retain rights to any original content (e.g., resumes, cover letters) they upload but grant TalNurt a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use such content for platform purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

TalNurt integrates with third-party services (e.g., AWS, Google Analytics) to enhance functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party tools.

7. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify access for updates, maintenance, or security reasons without notice. We are not liable for any loss or disruption resulting from downtime or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalNurt is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, employment opportunities, or revenue.
• Actions taken based on information obtained through the platform.

Use of TalNurt is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in conduct harmful to TalNurt or its users. You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" and notify users as required. Continued use of TalNurt after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international laws and principles, with no specific jurisdiction limitation unless required by law.
